From the beginning Georgia made us feel right at home. The cabin was clean and lacked for nothing. The hot tub is about 50 feet from the cabin, and the view of the valley is incredible. Sitting in the hot tub as the sun set we had a front row seat to the Milky Way. Haven’t seen that many stars since I was a kid. We made that a nightly event. The drive from the cabin to Crested Butte over the Ohio Pass was great; lots of aspens and views to die for. Plan on bringing the food you need for your stay as the drive back to Gunnison is about 30 mi round trip. Lots of fishing in the area. I went fly fishing on the Gunnison and Taylor Rivers, where CO record fish have been caught. All in all a great experience and Georgia and Walter are there to ensure you have a great time. We will be back, that’s for sure!

We had an amazing time here at your cabin! The location is so beautiful and you two were great hosts!!  I couldn’t think of a better place to come back to.  Karlee loved Tux & the horses “especially the one that was just her size. ” Thanks again for your hospitality, we will defiantly be back!!!  The Romanouskis  Ryan, Michelle, & Karlee

Georgia and Walter, This week at your cabin could not have been better! What a beautiful location for our family to reconnect and retreat from our busy lives. Even Rex the crazy Brittany, enjoyed his time with us here.

Horseback riding, ATVing, hiking, hot tubing, exploring, museums  and even theater in Gunnison. All were great! And the cabin now feels like home.  You two are fortunate to live here full time, The Macdaniels hope to come back for a visit soon.
